Cancellations
No questions asked on cancellations 30 days prior to the
Retreat.
If cancellation occurs before 30 days of the Retreat your
refund will be returned to you in the manner it was made to
Scrappin Retreat.

If you contact us to cancel your reservation and it is with in 11
to 29 days of the retreat you will be charged $20.00 for the
scrapping event and the first night room charges. If you did
not purchase a room you will only be charged $20.00 for the
event.

If you contact us to cancel your reservation and it is with in
1-10 days of the event you will be charged $75.00 for the
scrapping event and the first night room charges. If you did
not purchase a room you will only be charged $75.00 for the
event.

If cancellation occurs your refund will be returned to you in the
manner it was made to Scrappin Retreat. We do issue credit
toward a future retreat if you wish. We will try to issue you a
credit directly back the way you sent it.

Cash - Scrappin Retreat will refund you cash if it is available,  
       otherwise we will issue you a check.

Your Check - Your check will be sent back if it has not been     
               deposited in Scrappin Retreats bank.

Check - If your check has been deposited in the bank,
   Scrappin Retreat will send you a check in the
   amount of the refund once your check has cleared
   Scrappin Retreats bank.

Credit Card - This process can take two to four weeks after we
         receive your request. If you have not received          
          your credit after 4 weeks please email us, if has       
          not been 4 weeks, please do not. Credit will be         
          issued to the same credit card account you              
          provided when making reservations with Scrappin
         Retreat.

The charge for a returned check due to insufficient funds will
cost you a $30.00 fee.
