All participants at the event will be eligible to win one of the
weekend prizes. You do not have to be present in the ball room
to win.
We will draw 2 names on Friday night at 9pm and 2 names on
Saturday night at 9pm. You will be able to pick from 1 of two
prizes. The first person drawn gets first pick and so on.
You can no longer have a proxy friend pick for you. We will
just write you name on the board and when you return you will
pick from the prize(s) left .
Your name will be entered into the drawings one time. If you
win a prize, your name does not go back into the weekend
drawings, but will be entered into the Grand prize drawing.
The early bird prize will be drawn at 9 pm on Saturday. Anyone
that has registered for the following retreat that is at the
current retreat will be entered into the early bird drawing. You
