All our rooms are non-smoking doubles. If you prefer a single
king or a smoking room please put that in the comments when
you purchase the room. Our rooms are given to you at cost. The
hotels rules apply to the person that purchased the room. You
can have 1, 2 or 3 roommates if you wish but the person that
purchased the room is responsible for that room.
At registration you will have to give a deposit or a credit card
so the hotel can turn on your incidentals. Scrappin Retreat is
paying for the room only. Everything else is the responsibility of
the person that purchased the room. If you get caught with
more than the purchased amount of people authorized to stay in
that room all charges the hotel implies will be paid by the
person that purchased the room.
-You do not have to reserve your room prior to the Retreat
deadline. You can pay a deposit for your retreat seat and when
you are paying the deposit on stage 2 of checkout you can put in
your roommates. You can also make a comment in the comments
box that you will be purchasing a room before the deadline of
your retreat so you can get the hotel room for the retreat
rate. All rooms will be final the day after the deadline with the
hotel. Anyone needing a room after the dead line contact us to
so see if we can get you in under scrappin retreat otherwise you
will have to call the hotel and make your own reservation at
their rate.
